HeadaTerm 2 & OVADISC

1-Year Free Replacement Warranty

At Pharmtronics Drug Store LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality medical devices and exceptional customer service. As the exclusive distributor of HeadaTerm 2 and OVADISC in the Middle East, we proudly offer the following warranty.

Warranty Coverage

HeadaTerm 2 and OVADISC are covered by a One-Year Free Replacement Warranty from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period under normal use and in accordance with the product instructions, Pharmtronics Drug Store LLC will replace the device free of charge.

Warranty Period

  • One (1) year from the date of receipt.
  • A valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage.
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions for use.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Consumable accessories, including electrodes, gels, batteries, charging cables, or other accessories supplied with the device, unless they are defective upon delivery.
  • Requests for replacement where no manufacturing defect is found after inspection.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  • Contact Pharmtronics Drug Store LLC Customer Support.
  • Provide your purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Describe the issue and provide photographs or videos if requested.
  • Return the product for inspection if required.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement device will be provided free of charge.

Important Terms

  • This warranty is valid only for products purchased from Pharmtronics Drug Store LLC or its authorized distributors and sales channels.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The replacement device does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • Pharmtronics Drug Store LLC reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a warranty replacement.
  • This warranty provides replacement for manufacturing defects only and does not include refunds unless required by applicable law.
